Why does barstool hate coach k

I LOVE BARSTOOL!!! Even though Bigcat is a huge Wisconsin fan and gives UK fans a hard time over the 2015 game, he HATES Duke. Dave is AWESOME also.

In 5 years they will be bigger than ESPN.

K is an old man. A very old man. I think he did fine. Should he have retired earlier? He made it to the Final 4 when younger men faltered, and if a couple of FTs fallen he'd have been in the finals.

I suspect that most of his critics have a much spongier metric for their own failings.

What?? I like the Barstool guys...the bold print is a little over the top though. ESPN is a $50 Billion business...100x more valuable than BS.

ESPN has become SOOOOOO woke that they are losing viewers by the millions for anything but the actual games. Barstool isn't going away.

If ESPN didn't have Disney behind them, they would already be under water. No one watches their shows, cable is dying so their fees are going to diminish immensely. The Barstool model is growing exponentially. They are more focused on the gambling side of sports, but have the room to grow.

You said "they can't be very big".. Their president has a net worth over $80 million. In 2019, they generated almost $100 million in revenue. Considering Barstool really didn't exist 10 years ago, and that they don't have 8 different TV channels like ESPN does.. I'd say they are pretty damn big right now.

Barstool rags on everyone it’s what they do and why they are great. I did see on IG they are selling the coach K funeral hoodies which made my laugh my ass off.

They are the future of sports news and those who don’t get it prolly never will. To each their own tho they are def not for everyone.

But still, their pop culture stuff is great on it's own. It's still a one-stop-shop for dudes who want Sports, guy stuff, and pics of hot chicks.

I do think they need to be careful though, as they are already veering away from sports news and emphasizing shit like "Chicks in the Office". Their social media pages have tons of people ripping them for starting to become like ESPN and not just sticking to sports news/stories.
