You can control the amount of scent, light, and heat put out by the candle by lighting either one, two, or all three wicks. The candle burns for quite a while, though I didn't time it exactly to see if it matched up with the expected lifetime claimed by the manufacturer. I just ordered a second one. The glass is solid, rounded pleasantly, and has a good heft. It is thick enough that my hands were able to hold it—after it was lit for a while—in order to move it, without getting burned or near-burned. The lid fits on top nice and snugly. The scent itself does indeed smell of fresh trees and not in a weird, chemical way. Do you light all three wicks at once?#1- The most important thing you need to know for any candle made with 2, 3 or more wicks is that each wick needs to be lit, every single burn. Igniting one wick at a time will not prolong the life of the candle but rather can lead to wick drowning or uneven melt pools.
