Amazon simple bin count job description

So my boyfriend and I both work at Amazon, as he recently got hired for Simple Bin Count (SBC). I work in stow, so I have no clue about Count. He was trained, and said basically all he does is count the items, and if it beeps, to take everything out, and recount. Also, if any damaged items, just put a sticker on them. Well, he got a write up for having too many errors, even though his trainer has been coming by nearly everyday saying he has been doing an amazing job. They are supposed to be re-training him, and they still haven't yet. So, I was hoping someone could give any tips, or if there is actually more things he has to do than he was told?
