It's a great place to live and raise a family! It's a quickly growing area with many lovely restaurants and shopping nearby, and a wonderful community of people. Parks with splash pads and fishing ponds are close, and Lake Pleasant is just a short drive away.

Start Your Review of Sun City

I am a mother to two young boys, so safety is a huge factor in where I choose to live. Our area feels very safe, and our neighbors are super friendly! There is also a lot of good places to shop and go out for dinner. All in all Sun City in a clean, safe, and fun city to live in.

This is a 55+ community with charm. The people are more active and very friendly. The streets are very clean and I feel very safe & comfortable ridding my bicycle anywhere around town. There are many great local businesses I try to support and recycling centers located around to help us keep the town beautiful. I've enjoyed talking with the elderly and helping my neighbors while staying in Sun City. Keep it beautiful 😊
