I was happy to work here.I get alone with everybody good place to gain experience if you have goals for your future.Thankss.

Would not recommend

Good people to work with but management is extremely lacking and unstructured. Individuals are promoted on a friendship basis...not for work ethic. Hours are erratic, sometimes leaving at 2 in the afternoon and sometimes at 8pm. Management does not care about your personal life or how they talk to employees. For this reason they cannot keep fully staffed.

Not a work places to enjoy working at.

The company lie they walk ppl Thur to start work ever show back up. They don't pay enough and they work you like you anit nobody and don't have a life. When they do start they do work but a day and don't come back.

Pros

Sometimes they will give something free to eat.

Cons

The healthcare sucks.

Good co workers

Friendly people just poor pay for the amount of hours and no chance moving up in the company. Expensive benefits. Poor management. Never know when you are getting off

Cons

Poor pay expensive benefits

Strict

After only being there one week and not understanding all rules. I was fired. Everyone who works there is nice and genuine people. I wasn’t told to read a hand book of any sort. Not a whole lot of people there do their jobs. They usually go hide. I wouldn’t suggest this job for anybody.

It’s all about the managers... needs reorganization

The management needs to get into the field and experience what they are asking the employees to do Maybe then they would completely understand what it takes to do the job they ask their employees to do 90% of the managers don’t have a clue what or whom they are managing only thing they are concerned with is their bonus and how much butt they can kiss

Good place

A good place to work A good environment a good work staff it was a good experience Everyone has a great attitude no drama just a good place to work and have no problems

Needs Adults

Management after being hired was a nightmare as they tended to act lile children when addressing problems. One manager completely refused to handle some discrimination within the line and arguments between others who were insubordinate.

Horrible

Do not go there the management sucked nasty attitudes the pay is horrible after they push you to work yourself to death to barely get paid anything would not tell people to work there

comments

typical work day for most supervisors are from 4am to 430 pm. we learned how to adapt to many different ethics groups. management team are always open to listen to their employees for better ways to help improve the company.

Fast paced/ stressgul

Can be a good place of work if they would value their employees a little more. If a machine on your line breaks down other than your machine then the supervisor tends to make remarks toward you losing your job.

Great place

The job is ok. It takes a while for you to move up in the company. If you are in need of a job they will hire you. I was a seamer operator and I did weight control. Very easy but long hours.

Stressfull

You start your day supposedly at 6a.m. but you have to be on your line at 6a.m so give yourself about 10 minutes before. Supervisors lead with the threatening your job approach.

workplace culture

difficult to work, no team work, high turn over rate. No team work between managers, all the time something was going on, fire fighiting with teh same issues all the time, no support from corporate.

Productive

Overall the work experience was decent at best. There were times where i thought to myself this could be a ton of alot better. The compensation was below average for a heavy work load. But unlike most jobs like this it taught me to not be greedy and learn to take on the opportunities thats been given to help set up the betterment of the next available opportunity

Pros

Good working environment and employee likeness

Cons

Compensation work load management and privacy

Productive place to work.

The most enjoyable part of the job was working 4 days and being off 3 days. I did learn leadership training and coaching. The workplace culture was great.

Must be prepared for whatever

While working here, I learned to expect the unexpected. Things are always changing and you are never promised tomorrow, working there. Management at the plant located in Lyons, GA is completely unorganized and corrupt by the HR manager. It is a place where favoritism and nepotism truly exist.

Pros

40 hours, and some overtime -

Cons

Starting pay is low, and it is a challenge to become perm.
