Drive safe supposed to be closed at 6:00 but when I pulled in at 5:50 they were closed. Plus They like to run your biggest bills through first followed by these smaller ones so you get charged overdraft fees. They've got in trouble for this before but yet they still do it so I recommend you watch your statements

ATM machines outside the building are much slower and time consuming than nearby competitor banks. If you use Zelle, this bank is NOT for you, as you will be unable to transfer funds.

I've always had good experiences with City National in St Albans. The employees are always friendly and helpful. It's nice to feel like a bank appreciates your business.
