Summary: When Carlton and Will refuse to pay the rent because of a faulty air conditioner, they take the party poolside against Phil's wishes. In the morning they go to court against Phil their terrifying landlord.

Episode Info

Uncle Phil (James Avery) takes Will and Carlton (Will Smith, Alfonso Ribeiro) to court when they don't pay their rent on time.

What episode of Fresh Prince does Will get sued?

Will Goes A Courtin' When Will refuses to pay rent until his air-conditioner is fixed, Philip takes the matter to court.

Will and Carlton take Phil to court?

Will and Carlton form a rivalry against Philip because of their unpaid rent. Since Philip was receiving no money he decides to take action and sue them. Despite Will and Carlton being faced with this challenge they are prepared to fight back.

Why did Will leave Bel

They have a moment where they begin to get along until Lou starts blaming Vy for everything that went wrong. The meeting becomes tense, Lou loses his temper and Will kicks him out not ever wanting to see him again. Will is infuriated and decides to leave Bel-Air.

Does Will stay in Bel

In the end, however, he decides to stay with his mother some more because he misses Philly, and then he suddenly has no intention returning back to Bel-Air at all and tells his uncle that he's not coming back.
