CITY PET REGULATIONS

MYRTLE BEACH

• Your dog must be on a leash at all times while in public.
• Dogs are allowed on the beach at any time of day from Labor Day – April 30.
• Dogs are prohibited on the beach between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. from May 1 through Labor Day.

NORTH MYRTLE BEACH

• Your dog must be on a leash at all times while in public.
• Dogs are allowed on the beach at any time of day from September 16 through May 14.
• Dogs are prohibited on the beach between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. from May 15 through September 15.

While each resort will have individual pet policies regarding fees, weight limits, number of pets allowed, etc., the policies shown below are general across all resorts and will help you plan accordingly. We recommend reviewing each resort’s unique pet policies before making a reservation to ensure your small dog meets all requirements.

• Our resorts accept small dogs only. Other pets such as cats, birds, and reptiles are not permitted.
• Select breeds including Rottweiler, Pit Bull, Boxer, German Shepherd, Husky, and Chow are not permitted.
• An additional pet fee is required and will vary by resort.
• Carriers are recommended in the event you must leave your dog alone in the guest room.
• Pets must be on a leash when in public areas of the resort and are not allowed in the pool areas.
• All ADA recognized service animals are always welcome.
