The proximity to shopping. The staff I interacted with were friendly & helpful. Cons:CLEANLINESS!! 1. Enforcing elevator masks during Covid. 2. Refilling the hand sanitizer stations. 3. Of the 5 blankets on the bed, one had dried blood on it. 4. Previous patrons Hair found often on my bathroom floor, meaning the carpet was not thoroughly vacuumed, I wore flip flops inside the entire time! Pros:Bed Cons:Low floor and too much noise from event, needed to change room at 11pm Pros:Nice staff and comfortable rooms Cons:some of the public sinks didn't work on 4th floor, toilet malfunctioned and kept running, food terrible Pros:The staff at the front desk was Super Nice Cons:Only thing that I didn't like is that they charge 29 just to stay were I'm already paying to stay . That was a little funny to me cause I thought only Resorts did that ...but other than that it was fine Cons:Chicken staff person was very rude Pros:Emily at the front desk was most friendly, courteous and helpful. She is excellent representative for Westin-tremendous asset. Pros:Nice room and hotel. Cons:On site parking was too expensive. $48.00 (self park) for only 2 nights.
