Tabitha Ruth "Turtle" Wexler is a 13 year old girl with brown hair usually tied in a braid. She lives in Apartment 3D with her mother, father, and her sister, Angela. She is often looked down on by her mother, who favors Angela over Turtle. A lot of people think that she is a brat, because she kicks people in the shin if they touch her braid. She also complains that her bedroom is a closet, but her mother says that it is just right for her. Turtle position in the Westing Game was "Witch."
Turtle's Partner in the Westing Game is Flora Baumbach. Everyone else is glad that they weren't partnered up with her for the game, but Flora seems to be glad. They receive the clues "SEA MOUNTAIN AMO." They think that it means to invest in the stock market, using those clues as a guide to get the $200,000,000. They don't win the Westing Game, but Turtle makes $5,000,000 off of the stock market. She later marries Theo Theodorakis, and works on the legal counsel in Westing Paper Products, and owns a Mansion.

Angela Wexler

Angela Wexler is a 20 year old blond girl who lives in apartment 3D of Sunset Towers with her mother, father, and sister. She is engaged to Dr. Denton Deere, and everybody thinks she is perfect because of that. Her mother, Grace, always favors Angela over her younger sister Turtle, and brags to others that Angela is getting married to a doctor. She listed her position in the Westing Game as "None."
Angela's partner in the Westing Game is Sydelle Pulaski. They receive the clue: "GOOD GRACE FROM HOOD SPACIOUS." First they think that Grace is referring to Angela's mother, and that Hood meant that they should look under the hoods of the cars. But, instead they decide to take notes of everybody else's clues. Eventually, they find that almost all of the clues are in the song "America thy Beautiful," but still are not able to solve the problem. Angela committed the Sunset Towers bombings, because even though she seemed perfect and happy, she was actually very depressed. Later, she ends up marrying Dr. Deere, and they have one child, Alice.

Grace Wexler

Grace Windsor Wexler (actually Grace Windkloppel Wexler) is a middle aged woman with blond hair. She is married to Dr. Jake Wexler, and mother to Turtle and Angela Wexler. She is very picky and stubborn, and always favors her daughter Angela over Turtle. She also repeatedly brags to others about her "Perfect" Angela, and how she is getting married to a Doctor. She insists that she is actually related to Sam Westing without knowing it. She listed her position in the Westing Game as "Heiress."
Grace Wexler's partner in the Westing Game is James Hoo. They receive the clues "FRUITED PURPLE WAVES FOR SEA." Grace thinks that it means that the murderer lives in 4C, but Hoo argues that he lives in 4C. One day, Hoo found Sydelle's shorthand notes in his restaurant, and Grace tried to read it, but failed because it was written in Polish. Grace Wexler later takes over Shin Hoo's Restaurant, and created a popular chain of ten restaurants.
