Where can i watch sing 2 for free

Garth Jennings has once again mesmerised audiences with a spectacular display of music and comedy with Sing 2. The sequel to the hit animated film Sing, Jennings wrote and directed the second instalment with Matthew McConaughey, Reese Witherspoon, and Scarlett Johansson reprising their voice roles as Buster, Rosita, and Ash, respectively.

Sing 2 is set after the events of the first film. After the success of his theatre, the ever-optimistic koala Buster Moon brings his theatre crew to Redshore City, a glittering entertainment capital, to impress an entertainment mogul and prove that they’re Redshore material. Determined to perform, Buster’s pitch eventually gets an approval but there’s just one hitch: they need to recruit a reclusive rock star to perform with them.

The highest-grossing animated film of 2021, Sing 2 is finally streaming in Australia on selected streaming services, and using this guide you can find out how and where to watch the movie for free.

Sing 2 movie preview

Buster Moon, voiced by Matthew McConaughey, has proven that he’s a local hit in his New Moon Theater. Despite his newfound success, he starts to aspire for bigger opportunities. Eyeing for grander dreams, he wants to debut his theatre crew on a new show at Crystal Tower Theater in the prestigious Redshore City.

Because he has zero entertainment connection, it seems impossible for Buster and his group to impress the ruthless entertainment mogul wolf named Jimmy Crystal (Bobby Cannavale). While they’re able to sneak in for an audition, Buster’s original show pitch fail to capture Crystal’s attention.

Resolved to get Mr. Crystal’s elusive approval, Gunter (Nick Kroll) spontaneously comes up with an outrageous lie, which Buster and the whole crew do not refute – they can bring back the elusive star lion rock legend Clay Calloway (Bono) to perform with them. Calloway is an iconic performer who hasn’t been seen by the public for the past 15 years, which naturally rouses Mr. Crystal’s interest.

The crew is given three weeks to to have the show up and running. However, considering that the musical icon they guarantee to be a part of the show has no idea that he’s performing again, Buster’s dream to become a bigger name in the entertainment industry becomes a rollercoaster of emotion. Nonetheless, the whole crew rediscovers the power of music in healing wounded hearts and helping those who feel lost to find their way again.
