Knock Knock What I Love about You book PDF

The book itself it really good, the prompts help make getting your feelings out there easier. The only thing negative I'd say about the book is that a lot of the prompts are repetitive. Maybe not the exact words, but some are the same basic question just worded in a different way.As for my personal story. I'm a shy person and relationships aren't the easiest for me. Usually, the guy says I love you really early and I just go with it. However, we're on month seven and I know my feelings for once, but the words "I love you" have never come out of either of our mouths. Since I know my feelings, I come up with a plan. First, give him this book for his birthday, then a short speech and end with the three words. (When he asked me to be his girlfriend officially, it started with a speech of what he liked about me and blah blah. I'm a sentimental fool, so I thought I'd follow his lead) So I give him the book, he smiles and laughs at what I wrote, reading parts outloud that he liked. And then came the part where I pushed all the nerves and voices saying this is a bad idea, and that rejection is to hard to deal with. I told him I loved him. He went silent. At the time I was driving us out to eat, so I stared at the road ahead of me, with a sick sick feeling, knots in my stomach and waves of nausea. Then he finally spoke, and started telling me about a show he was watching. Despite feeling crushed and knowing I'd probably never build up the courage to do something like that again, I smiled and half heartedly listened to his story.That night, as I was texting him goodnight, I brought it up again, thinking maybe he didn't hear me or something. Maybe it was to hard for him to say in person? At this point, I'd rather hear him say he doesn't like me anymore or that he's not there because getting nothing was killing me inside. But alas, once again he changed the subject.

So anyway, great book! I felt like I should share my story, mostly for myself really. The book is really good, sometimes the people aren't.
