How to get Mega Ring in Pixelmon

Hello, i am playing on pixelmon red since a couple weeks. But ive been searching for a mega braclet. i have been searching for a mega boss, and while there where mega boss events i killed a mega tyranitar. But it did not drop a ring. Am i missing something? please tell me what i am missing...

A Key Stone is an accessory that is required for a player to use Mega Evolution or Z-Moves. It is not a physical item; rather, it can be taken on or off from the inventory directly.

A Key Stone must be unlocked and worn for a player to Mega Evolve a Pokémon. If a player wears a Key Stone, a Pokémon owned by the player will be able to Mega Evolve in battle if it is holding its corresponding Mega Stone. If the Key Stone has not been unlocked, or if the player has unlocked the Key Stone but is not wearing it, Mega Evolution cannot be used.

Obtaining

By defeating a Mega Evolved boss Pokémon for the first time, the player will unlock the option to equip a Key Stone. Alternatively, this can be achieved by using the /megaring command. The player can then choose from several options of how to equip the key stone. Note that this choice is purely cosmetic, and can be changed at any time by un-equipping and re-equipping the key stone from the inventory.

Pixelmon is a modded version of Minecraft that brings the Pokémon to the game. The mod adds commands to Minecraft that apply specifically to Pixelmon to allow players and people running the servers to manipulate specific aspects of the game. How do you spawn a mega Pokémon in Pixelmon?

Mega evolved boss Pokémon can only naturally spawn as epic, legendary and ultimate bosses. Mega Evolved boss Pokémon can be spawned with the /pokespawn command with the regular form of the Pokémon and the boss:[epic-ultimate] argument.
